HOW TO APPLY

Within 24–48 hours of application, you’ll receive a confirmation email, possibly requesting additional details (e.g., booth setup photos).

Upon approval, we will forward a payment request with your booth location.

A deposit of 50% of the booth fee is due at registration. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.

Upon payment receipt, we will send load-in/load-out details and event info for a successful day.

A California Seller’s Permit is required (enter zeros if tax-exempt). Vendors handle their own sales tax reporting.

Vendors provide their own liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Prohibited Items: No stolen goods, weapons, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or single-use plastics/styrofoam (per Encinitas Municipal Code).

Refunds: No vendor fee refunds within 30 days of the event; earlier refunds incur a $50 fee. No refunds for weather or government restrictions.

Cancellations & Refunds: The deadline to cancel your vendor booth is August 15, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date. Please note that the booth deposit is nonrefundable.
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
By submitting your application, you agree to the event’s rules and waive liability for the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce, City of Encinitas, and 101 Event Agency for any injuries, damages, or losses (including COVID-19-related risks) not caused by their willful actions.
